Paint Kits
At The Grey Pumpkin, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
Eligibility: We accept returns for opened but unused paint kits, provided all original materials included in the package are returned in full. Custom kits are non-refundable.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items: If your kit arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
Event Tickets
At The Grey Pumpkin, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy on ticket refunds and transfers:
Refunds:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.
After this 7-day window, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable.
Rescheduled or Canceled Events:
If an event is rescheduled or canceled, we will issue a full refund to all ticket holders.
Ticket Transfers:
Tickets can be transferred or gifted to another person if you are unable to attend.
